Some additional info...
I had a beer with one of the C7 engineers last night and we had a long discussion. I haven't seen this info anywhere before so I thought I would put it out there.
The C7 wheel offsets are essentially the same as the C6. So, if you have a nice wheel set on your current C6 it is easily transferred to your C7. Also, if you have a C5 and you like to run C6 wheels, you can continue to use a 1/4" spacer in the rear if you choose to run the new C7 wheel on your C5.
If you currently are running coilovers on your C5 or C6 and you were thinking of moving them over to your C7 it can't be done as is. There has been a change in the mounting position hardware which prevents current coilovers from mating up to the joints. However, if an aftermarket company creates a new bracket it will be adaptable.
That's it for now...will add more as I learn more.
