Some guys are quick to call names and not explain so they are not wise no matter what.
I think I've figured out the stopping distance with a narrower tire is going to engage ABS more often and hamper those 60-0's. I'm sure someone was smart enough just to have said that?

Although I echo the likelyhood that the General will build a forced induction version of the LT1, let's not count our chickens quite yet. Plenty of engines get prototyped, but never built. Be it the 4-rotor Corvette of the 70's or the 16-cylinder Cadillac motor 10 years ago, sometimes you just test concepts and throw some away.
I think most of us would be quite pleased if they introduce another giant-slayer Corvette, but the published performance of the LT1 looks impressive. I am still lukewarm on the styling, but a base model with that level of performance is outstanding.
Here's to a successful Stingray, and the possibility of a future ZR1/Z06/L88 or whatever to come.
