Optional floor mats too. Even though I ordered them, I am a little disappointed after seeing them for the first time.

Just kiddin'. Thanks for the blast from the past. July 2012. Wow, was it really over a year ago? Doesn't seem possible!

I personally don't mind lettering on the rear, but I'd rather have it like this. I'm sure the aftermarket will take care of it.

Does anyone know for a fact that the Emblems (front & back) each use an alignment pin(s).
Secondly, does anyone know whether the 'corvette' on the rear is actually embedded or is it flush mounted.
Trying to get ready for some potential badge shedding.
Thanks in advance.

Not only do they use alignment pins (both), but they are both recessed in to the fascia panels in the shape of the emblem.

Do you mean the flag emblem front and rear or both flag and lettering on rear.
Thanks

I'm sorry that I wasn't clear in my post. Just the front and rear emblems, not the script.

Thanks for the credible insight as always Paul! I am going with Turbobndt's mod. Love the Stingray name and Font on the rear.

Thanks, I thought that's what you meant.
I'm in the same holding pattern as you. I sold my 08 vert in july and am waiting patiently for my Torch red/red int z51, A6, mag ride, npp, similar to yours.

I would of thought the floor mats looked better for that kind of money! Why isnt the carpet more plush or look better than a $35 mat. I dont mind paying the money, but give me a mat that looks better than the factory mat.

Hairdryer to soften the glue up, Dental floss to saw through it, Goo-Gone to clean up, Rinse, Claybar, Polish, Wax, Done.

You going to do that while it is still on the car?
