This week!

With the impending shipment of approx 1000 C7's on Wednesday, I just wanted to thank all the members on this forum, Paul (Talon) and GM'er for all your passionate advice and support throughout this year. Your collective advice, suggestions and recon made phase 1 much more enlightening and in many cases more humorous.
Looking forward to seeing all the new photos of your cars and can't wait for the new threads (phase 2) with mods and tweaks. Thanks again. Christmas Eve has just about arrived. Cheers!!!

I have a feeling Paul was one of the happiest people after the reveal so he could finally start posting and answering questions about the C7. He is the essence of a true Corvette enthusiast and one of the biggest cheerleaders for the Corvette brand. I had the pleasure of having a rather lengthy phone conservation last summer with Paul on a C6 subject and I had asked if he had seen the new C7, and he had. Of course being the professional he is he didn't divulge any information, but I could tell from the excitement in his voice he was just busting to tell how great C7 would be. All he would say is you wont be disappointed
We are really fortunate to have guys like Paul that are willing to come on the forum and answer all the technical questions, he's a true asset to the forum...Last edited by R&L's C6; Sep 15, 2013 at 12:09 PM.
Now if my 3300 would just move to 3400......
I know I know - patience.
Have fun you first 1000 owners. I will wave heartily from my C6 !

I'd like to add my personal thanks to GM'er for all of his hard work and information. Way above and beyond.

Corvette Nation is alive and well and every Corvette owner is jazzed about the C7. I saw at least 6 C1 - all beautifully preserved, and a C2 with a 571 cu. in crate engine. I also saw a C2 Grand Sport race car - what a beautiful beast. It will be great to drive my first Corvette in a few weeks, but even greater to join such an interesting and friendly group of people. I can't wait.
