Default Chevy order tracking system

My car has been in the Chevy order tracking from queued, car is build and then the car is shipped category, which means it was sitting outside at 4D00 status code.

Today I check the Chevy site with my order number and state and it can't find my car? Has anyone else had this problem?

Could be a good sign that the status is changing to a real shipped code or someone stole my Stingray off the lot.

Please let me know if the web site works for you.

Every time I try to put my state in it just comes back asking for the state again, so not working for me either. Have to call dealer I am hoping to be at 4150 at least which is invoiced, so I can start paper work.

I don't know where you ordered it from, it is asking for the State of the dealer.

Yep, statement below is correct, seems the site is down for now.

The site is down. Mine has been at "order placed" for 2 1/2 months. now it just blanking the state "select".

Yes, it returns nothing. I was told yesterday that I was at 3300 with a TPW of 9/30. I wish they wouldnp reinstate the GM connects site. It would save a lot of their employee's time if they would offer a display with more detail, reflecting the production code.

I was on the site a little over an hour ago and when I just tried again its down for me too so must have just crashed.

I just check with the Chat line and they said that there were some problems with the site (all Corvette Forum trying to see where they are )

I was told that I'm still at 3300 and no TPW yet.

Can you tell me what you ordered? I was told the same info 3300 and 30 Sept!

I was told yesterday that my order was accepted by th BG plant and a tentative TPW of the week of 9/30. I have a Black Z51 3LT Coupe, Red interior, NPP, Auto, Red Calipers, Nav, Black Z51 wheels, license plate with standard roof.

I'm afraid they are going to take this tool away as the did GM Connects. I sure hope not, but I fear it too is gone,

Not much in common other than 3-LT /Auto /Z51 package.! I got Cyber Grey, both roofs, chrome wheels, MRC , NNP, Jet black interior .

Kelly - I have to vent here for a minute. While you seem to be trying to provide the best service you can, there is a total lack of consistency. Chat provided me a full 17 digit VIN, Marissa who answered your PM this weekend said there is no VIN assigned and she had no clue where I could have gotten the VIN. My dealer says there is no VIN in the system. Then after some pressing, Marissa said that perhaps the VIN could be correct as some agents from chat were reaching out to a special department and getting information that "was not in the system." She started by saying though that NO ONE can receive a VIN until they hit 3800 which we know from the forums is not true. I think all we are looking for is CONSISTENCY. If you want to PM me with some info, feel free my order is RDQMP3 in FL and 3400 according to GM'er.
