The C8 will not need wheels of any kind. The boys at CERN are trying to unravel the path towards this goal right now.

I saw that car at a convenience store in Winter Park a few years ago and talked to the owner. At night, he has neons and creative lighting on it so it appears to be glowing. He told me he bought the car and finished all of the details on it.
