I will have Gray( ivory) or black interior. Emailed dealer for the change from gray to black and said they contacted GM but where I am in the system it could be changed or not. 50/50 chance. Will know on the 1st when the next sequence comes out. I am OK with it either way, my wife likes the lighter for the heat of the Florida panhandle. The black look more manly.
Either way I will be in a C7.
See post #6. The last 2 pics are labeled "2LT from Corvettes at Carlisle".
2LT is pretty much the same except the Gray doesn't loop up onto the passenger side dash or up over the instrument panel, and the grade or pattern of the leather is different.
There have been a few others intermittently posted. If I can find some tomorrow I'll post back.
Looks like the seat backs differ between the 2lt (black) and the 3lt (grey). Maybe not after looking at other pics of the blue/grey one in another thread.

Light colors like the gray look super when they are brand new and no one has sat in them, spilled coffee on them, etc....Unless your car is truly a garage queen, or you are a fanatic car detailer (which I admit I am not)
after 10k miles or so will start looking not so pristine...my interior is Jet Black!
