The only way I can describe the new C7 is using a scalpel vs. a machete. The shifting is buttery smooth (M7), the seats worth the wait, lots to learn!
The car was MIA (GM said it was delivered three days ago - wrong). The seasoned veteran from the trucking company was a true gentleman, Dennis Holcomb at Bachrodt Chevy in Pompano is a saint, he stayed late to do the prep. I was getting a little worried but Tommy Jr. from NH came thru. He wasn't lying when he said no additional fees; under MSRP, that's it. $200 courtesy delivery, tax, tag. The car is worth much more.
My neighbors must have tracking devices, they descended like hordes of the undead when I tried to sneak in at 8:30 tonight.
Congrats Dan...!!!! This caught my eye...."under MSRP". I am pretty sure, Tommy Jr. is selling at MSRP, no additional fees.
Slightly off topic, and I hope no one gets their panties jammed in their crack because they believe I'm making a negative remark about the C7, but I noticed that the car over the cab has it's cover partially torn off. I had heard of this happening before on three cars losing their covers on a truck heading out west.
I don't think GM has done all their homework on the cover's design, or possibly the cover's installation at the plant.
