The only way I can describe the new C7 is using a scalpel vs. a machete. The shifting is buttery smooth (M7), the seats worth the wait, lots to learn!
The car was MIA (GM said it was delivered three days ago - wrong). The seasoned veteran from the trucking company was a true gentleman, Dennis Holcomb at Bachrodt Chevy in Pompano is a saint, he stayed late to do the prep. I was getting a little worried but Tommy Jr. from NH came thru. He wasn't lying when he said no additional fees; under MSRP, that's it. $200 courtesy delivery, tax, tag. The car is worth much more.
My neighbors must have tracking devices, they descended like hordes of the undead when I tried to sneak in at 8:30 tonight.
Oh yeah, before anyone comments... Yes, I fisted the rear wheel well gap. Easily adjusted, thanks to the knowledgeable folks on this forum. It sure helps coming off the truck.
The car looks great, Dan. TR is really a great color on the C7.
And I have a feeling the car is going to settle a bit after your drive it some. I wouldn't touch the lowering bolts for at least a few weeks.
Good luck with it.
I also placed placed my order with Tommy with courtesy delivery. Congrats, looks awesome.

Nice!
Now you need to paint those brake calipers red to match!
Thanks guys. Snor, I'm only 6'2". The baby is huge and the blue shirt is the dealer guy who fits into tiny crevices. I chose the black calipers, had red on my Z06 so wanted a change, but want to do the lettering on them red.

Can you direct me to the forum where this is explained?
