I drive very conservatively, do not burn rubber, hard cornering, etc. What can mileage can I expect from the tires on My C7? These tires seem to be very easy to cut, I have only 50 miles on the car and already notice cut marks from small stones and other road debris.
Thank you
I got about 12,500 miles out of my Super Sport tires on my C63 (with similar torque) and I drove moderately hard. It depends on alignment and a lot of other factors. The PSS tires on the Z51 have a different compound than "normal" PSS tires so they may wear differently.
What's the treadwear rating on them? Rule of thumb for average driving is 100 times that number if kept inflated properly with a good alignment.
Wear factor for the Michelins is 300. Times 100 suggests 30,000 miles is an upper limit. Our C6 is a DD with 65K. We have been mid 20's with the OEM Goodyears and 2 sets of replacement. So it would seem mileage could be comparable. Z51 is another kettle of fish I'd suspect. C6 Z51 folks are low teens with the GY Supercars.

Wear rating measurements are NOT consistent between manufacturers and are difficult to compare. They are only really comparable between tires of the same manufacturer. Therefore, this rule of thumb won't work IMO. I can assure you that you will NOT get 30,000 miles out of a PSS

These are a brand new model of Michelins specifically developed for the C7. Time will tell.

I agree it's very subjective and really depends on how heavy your foot is, what kind of conditions you drive in and how hard...same for how long brake pads or a clutch will last, I always say the bulb that burns brighter burns shorter It was just meant to be a rough estimate to give the guy an ideayou get more than 0 miles with 0 treadwear rated tires
