Last week I had a talk with Courtesy Chev in Az who advised me the all C7 Z51 package are stopped and no longer being assembled this year.
All orders with Z51 packages expected to resume at the beginning of the year. Dates unknown. I ordered my C7 in August and code 1100. No movement.
Anyone heard of this ?
1100 means your order has been placed in the system but your dealer does not have an allocation that he has assigned to that order. You might want to check with one of the forum dealers to see if they can help you out.
Dealers can be such idiots. I have talked to dozen sales people about the car and they know little about it, yet claim all knowledge and I have yet to see one that understands the allocation/ordering process with the exception of the person in charge of the dealership. I think they are so used to dealing with idiots that they see themselves as geniuses and 90% of the time they can pull that off, so they go with what works most of the time.

You're right the salesperson told me that my order was on the second allocation list . Which I know it's Bs. Sine I ordered one most dealers are out of their allocations by mow. Are you saying to contct dealers to see if a non order close to my options to buy? Who do I contact on the website? Thx for the tip.

You got that right. Most salepersons I have talked with have nk idea. I knew more than they did but acted like they knew.
Mine is still at 1100, my dealer has allocation (I'm 3rd of his 4 allocations) and it's been on order a month (yesterday) - frustrating doesn't even begin to cover it.

Is that really the case or is it that the dealer has placed an order that is under constraint..... i.e. he's using up one of his allocations for a configuration GM isn't picking up many of.....

The way I understand the process, the dealer will get an allocation from GM and it will have to comply with the current constraints for that consensus. If he has an option that is on constraint, they cannot assign that allocation to him. Normally when this happens, the dealer will ask the buyer if they want to eliminate that constrained option and use that allocation. I did not get the sense from the OP that this was the case. If they do not use that allocation (assign it to another order or place an order for stock) they will lose that allocation. If the allocation does not have an option that is on constraint then the dealer has the ability to assign the allocation to the OP order and at that point, the order would move in the system from 1100 to 2000.

That tells me that he does not have an allocation that he can assign to your order AT THIS TIME.
I would not assume that the large Vette dealers are out of their allocations. It does not hurt anything to contact them. You might serve yourself well by contacting Mike Furman at Criswell, Rick Conti at Coughlin, Dave at Kerbeck, Ken at Fichtner, or Tommy Jr at MacMulkin. These guys have more allocations than every other dealer in the country. They might have an allocation that would work for you, they might have a stock unit coming in that fits most of your requirements, or they could have a unit coming in that has been cancelled by the original buyer. I would get in touch with them, now, ...what do you have to lose?

Try Rick Conti, who is a forum vendor. On right side of his Homepage, he lists C7's For Sale: either "already in stock", or, "order placed/pending production within 30 days," by coupe, Z51, or convertible.
Very same thing happened to me with local, Bay Area dealer. Conti already had pending order in the pipe(ie. Code 3000) for very same vehicle I'd ordered. Did deal with Rick Conti, local dealer refunded deposit immediately, my C7 should be built within next 30-45 days. Conti sells at MSRP, will arrange to have your C7 shipped to you(approx. $1,690),and, is a great guy to deal with. If you see a vehicle "on order" you like, he will E-Mail you the GM WorkBench re said vehicle's Order, so you can see, for yourself, the current GM Order Status Code re that vehicle.

Most of the forum supporting dealers just got a second round of allocations this week. Do a forum search for Allocation and you will see the threads.
Unless you buy one of the cars they have in the pipeline you won't see a car until next year. Even if an order goes in today with no constraints delivery will be in January.
