Here are pictures of the splash guards. They look good and I think they will afford adequate protection. Car was just washed and still has water drops.
Thank you for the pictures and they look good to me!
I put mine on today. It was easier than I thought it would be and I am not a real hand-on person when it comes to this stuff. Unscrew one bolt, carefully pop the original off, pop the one in, and replace the bolt. Done! It should offer much better protection than the stock ones and gives the car a little aggressive look .
Gene - went to your site - http://www.gmpartshouse.com/index.php and unless I'm missing something, it doesn't list 2014 Corvettes in the drop down box...? -
Because many will not want them due to the look. I personally like the look but I believe most don't.
Why couldn't Chevy have taken into account, the damage all that debris
kicked up by the tires does, to the quarter and rocker panels?
After all, this has been a known issue, with the C6 and C5 body styles.
They could have easisly made a solution, splash guards intergrated
seamlessly into the C7 body.
Make it part of the total design.
That way they wouldn't have that "tacked on" aftermarket look
to them.

They don't look tacked on to me. They look like they belong on the car. I don't see an advantage to having it built into the fender. It would likely be painted because of that which is silly since they would take a beating.

Aftermarket accessories sales is a big profit maker for GM also, so why put them on when you can sell them to you and me later. They know what they are doing
I got my OEM splash guards very quickly from Gene Cully. Price was great.
Install took 20 minutes with only a 7mm socket required. The clips just pulled out.
Interestingly. the original pieces are made in the USA. The splash guards are Chinese manufacture. They offer a little more protection than the original pieces. My biggest question is why GM didn't just install these at the factory. I paid $65K for my car and they couldn't install splash guards that extend maybe an inch or an inch and a half out from the wheel well.
Anyway, kudos to Gene for excellent service.
I couldn't agree with you more. I got mine from Gene also and installation was quick and easy.
