Default Status code question

Does anyone know what the minimum status code would be for you to be assured of getting every option that you ordered and no longer have to worry about any possible constraints? Is it 3000,3100, or 3300? In other words, Is it etched in stone that if you reach a certain status code then you are locked in with no worries of constraints and indeed will get everything you ordered without delay due to constraints? I know a lot of us may have opinions or guesses but does anyone know for sure? Thanks. I have been at 3300 for two weeks.

Nothing is certain until you own it.

Didn't think anybody would know. Probably 3300 but certainly not over 3400. They wouldn't schedule you for production (3300) if they didn't have all the parts.
