Default How much time is polite?

My C7 is my first Corvette. How much time spent on the road with another corvette is polite?

In my new awesome world of driving a new C7 I have passed a C7 on the road going more leisurely than I like and we passed in a few seconds,

but i also spent a few miles each driving circles around each other with a lowered C5 just to acknowledge we are in the same CLUB.

I had more fun driving circles around each other. Which do you prefer?

It's just a car to me. I take it to lowes when I need new furnace filters and such

I go to point A to point B if I see another Vette I will wave. But hey at the end of the day it's just another chevy on the road.

However much time it takes to wave, then go about your business.

Hmmm, not sure why people don't like this thread.

The correct answer is "as long as you can". If you are going the same direction, just keep wavin as long as you can. If you are lucky and go to the same place, just keep waving the entire time, even when you get out of the car. If not, and it's convenient, follow them and wave more.

Enjoy your c7.

One time, I was in my Lemans Blue C6 on I5 and came up behind another Lemans Blue C6 and pulled in behind him. We waved. I followed for many miles - the reaction from other drivers was interesting. I eventually got bored and passed, waved, and moved on.

Don't seem to remember these kind of statements on the C6 forum.
Well Chevy wanted a newer crowd. Be carful what you wish for.

?? Is this like an awkward hang with another C7 owner in a parking lot. How about hanging with that one dude that keeps saying 'jizz' every time he sees a hot car or body kit? Maybe it's that time you saw your doppelgänger in a gas station bathroom and it was a single....and he was another ethnicity and... [putting crack pipe down]

Dude...it's another car guy/enthusiast. Just be cool and drive like you have the same damn car. Not like you gonna race your doppelgänger.
