I thought the green C7 was the only color I would not like but after seeing it in person and the pics of your car, I really like it.
Your car is a "babe". Great call on your part.
I went to look at the convertibles last Saturday at Rick Hendrick in Duluth, GA and found and bought exactly what I wanted. For all of the Lime Rock Green haters, I think this is the most beautiful Vette I've ever seen! Each to their own, beauty is in the eye, etc.!!
I like Lime Rock Green. I would have bought it but my wife liked the Laguna Blue. Guess what color our c7 is. Luv your car. Enjoy[/QUOTE]
Robert,
Welcome to the forum! Congrats on your C7! Drive it much yet?
Nice color with the contrasting top and interior. Really great to see someone who has some imagination and got something other that TR with black wheels.
I had a brand new 1968 vette convert that was a very similar green and was the number one color choice that model year and still one of my favorites as far as color out of the 25 vettes I have owned.
Color Options production totals for 1968
900 Tuxedo Black 708
972 Polar White 1,868
974 Rally Red 2,918
976 Lemans Blue 4,722
978 International Blue 2,473 983 British Green 4,779
984 Safari Yellow 3,133
986 Silverstone Silver 3,435
988 Cordovan Maroon 1,155
992 Corvette Bronze 3,374
This C7 color reminds me more of the 67 top selling Goodwood Green same color code 983.
No wonder... I had a GG. BB hood with the white stinger. White stripes will really set this C7 off.
for this C7 although I have yet to see one this color.
