I have no problems with my climate settings...I choose auto - max med fan auto in the settings area, and it seems fine....in some situations the system is s bit slow to defog, but not something I think needs fixing.

I think some here look far to closely at their systems...If I look "close" on this car - or any car - I can find things that I'd like to change, but don't consider them to be a real problems...

On mine vin 19XX something...... I can fix the fluxurating temp by hitting on one of the directional buttons. I use the dash vent and floor vent flow button. If I am in auto the system blows air out the side window vents..... it is coming right by your face and I think that is the noise you hear.

Using the direction buttons shuts down the side air.

Works for me until I get an upgrade.

Hi Frank,

I see you have some concerns with the cabin temperatures and the fan being noisier than expected. If you'd like, we can schedule an appointment with your dealership to have these concerns addressed. Please private message us your full name, contact information, VIN, current mileage and involved dealer. If you have any other concerns or questions, we're here to help.

Haha! Good reference point, that is an annoying sound.

Mine doesn't seem to have a fan problem. What I've noticed is if I have it set at a steady pedestrian 77 degrees sometimes it freezes me out and sometimes it feels like hot air. Guess I need that update.

I just picked up my C7 from the dealership after having the updates completed. I am happy to say that the hvac appears to be functioning perfectly. The car is also driving better. There is a noticeable difference in the way the transmission is shifting. The car is much more enjoyable to drive.

Thanks for the helpful advice.
