I received my splash guards today, they install in minutes. I really think they are needed. GM parts house is a good reliable company to do business with. Seems to be the same material as the original, but they extend about an inch wider.

My install will total a couple of hours - 2 coats of high build primer, sanded between coats to fill the factory dimple texture then carbon flash and clear - now they will match all the other trim on my TR coupe (when it shows up).
I had my dealer install in make-ready at no charge took 20 min. I watched the make-ready do it.I bought the splash guards from GMP,forum vender $120.00 when i got them.Yes they should have come standard on the car.R
