Agree. Who's got a skip-shift eliminator for C7. I know RPI Designs had one coming but have not heard anything more from them. Tks.

I drove my new stingray for the first time ever today. In my 40 miles of driving I cursed at it at least a half dozen times. Can't wait for the Diablosport intune to arrive in mail to disable it. Just its constant messages taking my attention from the road is annoying and possibly dangerous in itself.

It so rarely kicks in, it doesn't bother me.

When I bought my C6 this bothered me at first but I pretty quickly got to where it never kicked in.

Zip has 'em for C7's?? Their website only goes up through 2013?
(probably twice the price that everyone else will sell 'em for but.....)

Quickly turned it into a non-issue on my C6 simply by winding her out a tad more in 1st. I don't anticipate an issue when the C7 arrives but we'll see I guess.

I got the CAGS Eliminator for my C5 from Zips and it worked great but I still got the annoying light on the dash. Do you still get the light ? I want one for my C7 but the warning light sucks.

They also own a C7 and they tested the one they are selling on their car.
I think it was $17.50 plus freight.

Yes you will still get the message just like we did in the C5-6 but I just ignore the light.

[QUOTE=Buzzardz_vette;1586183798]Apex has a skip-shift eliminator that also works on the C7. I installed it and have no problems any more.
How easy the installation without a lift? Do you still get the light?

Get up to 20 in first and shift to 2nd. I rarely need to curse at skip shift.

I have 100K on my C5 and that adds up to a lot of shifting. I ordered the CAGS Bypass shortly after I got the car.
By the time the CAGS arrived I had gotten used to just running a little faster in first gear and the light and the 4th gear lock doesn't activate.
So the CAGS bypass is still sitting in my tool box. I don't I think I will buy one for the C7.
