2 cars I am considering. One is a 3LT Z51 with black interior and the other is a 2LT with black interior the only option difference is that the 3LT has the Carbon fiber dash. with the 2LT I am saving almost 2500. Am i missing something???

Both Nav,NPP,MYC, FE4,TTV,Q7T

Those that bought 3LT will tell you it's worth it.

For me, in black, 2LT worked perfect and you can add more options.

It's leather in 2LT as well, just different kind.

For me not worth it--but you're the only one that matters since it's your $

the 3Lt is a $4,000 upcharge and the carbon fiber is $995, so it looks like they are giving you a $2,5000 discount on the 3LT

Personally, I'd go with 2LT and add the carbon fiber dash later. The part costs about $550 delivered and is pretty easy to install. The difference between 2LT and 3LT with a black interior is very small and hardly noticeable aesthetically speaking.

The only other thing I'd consider is whether or not the 2LT has navigation (optional on 2LT, standard on 3LT). For me, factory navigation is a must.

Keep in mind that with a black interior, there will be very little visible value in the covered dash. In Kalahari and Brown Stone the dash really contributes to the LT3 car. Black, not so much.

You make a very valid point.

The car in your avatar is slick. What wheels are those, they look killer.

That is why I ordered a 2LT with nav, FAY and red calipers.

To the OP why not just order exactly what you want.

The numbers do not add up between the 2 cars if you are only saving $2500, unless they are discounting the 3LT and not the 2LT which does not make sense.

2LT to 3LT is $4000
Carbon Fiber Dash is $995

You should be saving $5k

Your numbers seem off. In the end, do what you like and can afford.

When you sell it you may get an extra $100 if you are lucky.

TSW Nurembergs, polished finished. Glen_e had them first.

We had a coupe on order with black 2LT, but bought a black 3LT that dealer got in a dealer trade. Cost me more but in end really like the white stitching of 3LT.https://plus.google.com/photos/10540...47214194191986
Just depends on your tastes ( and pocket book).

2LT and 3LT use the same stitching.

Matt, you are correct. But remember $795 nav is standard on 3LT. Both cars have it so... Deduct $795 from $4000?
