Software upgrades for touch screen.

I find the touch screen painfully slow to respond to touch input on all functions that the screen controls. Any possibilities of a software or other fix. Very annoying latency problem.

press and hold

Unless yours is malfunctioning you need to press and hold for a second. I think if its too sensitive your gonna get false triggering...

I find that the screen works similar to an iPad. You can't just give it a tap. You have to hold your touch a little bit.

It's slower than Ipad and I agree it's annoying. But I think its more hardware than software.

I just had the center console replaced in the Z51 and it does seem to work a little faster and use less effort to change settings. The wife just purchased a 2014 Camaro SS and the display in that car is far superior to what is in the Corvette IMO.
