I did a similiar process on my floor. i also applied my flakes to "rejection" The difference was my garage was new, so i didnt need to grind - only acid wash. My floor is 38' by 32' . the materials came to about $1,100.00 thats with the sealer, eopxy paint 110 lbs of 4 diff color flakes and top coats being 2 coats of an aliphatic sealer on top. The floor is now 3 years old, many car projects later and its bee pretty much bullit proof. Just about any chemical, grudge that gets dropped on or even dried out including rust stains will come right up with a scrub brush.
