Screen going dark

Sounds like a bad screen, talk with your service department.

Its a warranty software update, just had mine done not sure if worked as mine was doing it at dusk and car is covered due to cold rainy weather, but should be fine now.

Two issues:

Whole info panel goes dim at dusk....software reflash solved that one

Screen flutters and rolls sometimes...software reflash does NOT solve that issue...screens recovers after sometime or a restart. There was some conversation about new units to be available.

I read somewhere about 5 months or so when this problem began to crop up a lot that the screen bezel or frame was somehow pressing on the touch screen and causing the problem and that lowering and raising the screen would "sometimes" correct the fluttering..well sometimes it did work for me sometimes not, but the issue has been much less occurring with my car…about once every couple of month's. Again, someone said that new units were supposed to be available by now to permanently address this issue.
