Paint cost will be largely dependent on how much prep work the parts need and how good your relationship is with the shop. I had ACS skirts, splitter and deflectors painted for a total of $150 from my shop but they did me a favor because I fix their computers when they have an issue. That said, the ACS parts needed little to no prep work as the primer finish was impeccable. Not all vendors will have the same quality when it comes to paint ready. That said, I would expect about $400 total (skirts and splitter) to be typical for most shops for paint and clear coat as it's mostly labor.
