Thanks Elmer, I was looking to see where it plugs into the power source if that's possible?
Ahhhhhh.... Not visible unless I open the up console again. I tapped the wire in the shifter area of the console that goes to the cigarette lighter plug in the console storage area.
Modshack, I noticed on your Fotki pictures that you moved the mounting **** from near the vent and on the passanger airbag trim piece over to the CF near the corner of the screen. Any particular reason? Adhesion issue or just preferred the newer location?

I couldn't get full articulation at that angle, Plus I used some "Red" 3M so there was an adhesion issue from the heat. Seems to work better in the new location and now affixed with VHB tape...
I stick it in the secret compartment and have a USB port. And made a angled stand out of a piece of electronic packing foam if I need to use it as a Nav.
The 2016 C7's are supposed to be upgraded for something called "Apple Play" or something sounding like that. I envision that the iPhone is paired to the car and everything that you would normally do with the phone is visible & accessible thru the infotainment screen and the steering wheel controls. Would that then allow the phone to be put in the console and out of sight?
Finding a good mount and location for these cellphones is a pain, regardless of make or model, but their usefulness is needed while driving.
Oldfoggy is correct. Go to the ProClip site and search for part 855034. That mount is for the Stingray. Note it is just the backing mount...you still need to buy a separate holder for your phone.
I ended up buying the Kenu car mount for Universal/Smartphones (aka the Airframe Plus). It is a single part that fits my iPhone 6 Plus including its thin case.
