I'd start checking everything myself... You know what they say? If you want it done right, do it yourself. I've had dealers cause more problems while trying to fix my car.

You are going to the wrong dealer . While my dealer might not get it right the first time , they eventually get it right . I have never had a case where they caused more problems .....

It is interesting to note that my dealer says GM's instructions say that anything between 1/2" below the fill hole and the bottom of the fill hole is an acceptable level.

Mine was about 1/2" low, but I am still not convinced my dealer even checked it as part of the PDI like they should have.
