Considering the rumors of a slight increase in daily production from 170 to 180 maybe some folks cars have already been started or built.

It's going to be a long couple of days. Anxious in Illinois.

I think we should meet somewhere for lunch so we can get through this together. Don't you wish you could click on the webcams at the factory just like the ones at the museum?

Wow, looking at the amount of responses to this thread, maybe we're the only three to be built today.

Mine is this week too. I have such anxiety and just want this thing built. At night I have to take ZZZ Quil to fall asleep. Hopefully all of ours get built today or tomorrow.

Anyone have their 7/14 TPW car built yet?

I remember this feeling a few weeks ago. It's funny how each step of this process brings about a renewed anxiety. At first it's cool just getting the order number, then going 2000, then going 3000 and seeing "queued for production" on the Chevy site. Next you get a TPW. Unfortunately getting the car built just starts another, even worse waiting period. My car was built the first day of my 6/30 TPW. Here we are 2 weeks later, and I still don't have it. And I'm in a truck shipping region, not rail. It only gets worse guys. Sorry.

I also have a TPW of 7/14! Everyone post whenever their cars get built!

Mdm23,
I think the rail shipment has to be more full in order to ship out. I'm assuming that's the case with yours. Maybe our vettes will be in the same shipment?

No, I was saying that our cars come by truck, not rail. Mine is getting courtesy delivered to Georgia. That's what's making it worse for me. Most folks I've seen with truck deliveries have gotten them at a week or less after build. I'm sitting at two weeks right now.

I would be freaking out if I were you knowing it's built and it's been 2 week already. I hope you get some good news soon.

I was told by my dealer that they get there own trucks sent right from factory to them and it's about 4-5 days after build typically sometimes a little longer if truck doesn't fill up quickly.

We will see and good luck to everyone.

Believe me, I have been freaking out. It's such a helpless feeling. My dealer said the car left BG Saturday so hopefully I'll see it very soon. I haven't been able to get any confirmation of that on my own though.

Like expectant fathers......I had two kids and two new vette's (ordered) my last being an NCM delivery back in 2006. But for some reason this one is harder than my last new vette.

Maybe the CF needs a "birthing area" for folks like us waiting.........

My dealer is on "birth watch". He checks the GM database twice a day and sends me an update.
