Just curious is anyone has heard how backed up the museum is. I know typically it is a couple of weeks but with the hold shipment it looks like they lost a few days last week. I have a 9/29 build target and haven't heard from anyone yet. May give them a call by the end of the week if I haven't heard from them by then.

Mine was built on 9/15.
There is normally a 2 week hold for NCM delivery. I could have picked mine up on 9/30, but because of conflicts will not pick up until 10/13/14.

Was your build date ahead of schedule or behind schedule to the expected build date? Just wondering if they are still on schedule as they predict. My car is to be built on 10/13.

Thanks

I was originally 10/13 but was pulled up to 9/29 as of last week. Hope it hasn't changed.

I assume you mean you have a TPW (Target Production Week) of 10/13. TPW's are tied to the Monday of the week. That does not mean your car will be built on 10/13, but rather sometime the week of 10/13.

I think that the Target Production Week means that the car will begin being built during that week. It could have a TPW of 10/13 and not start being built until Friday 10/18, and actually not be completed until the next week, say on Tuesday 10/21.

My order just went into the production queue. How do you find out the TPW?

Could be. The real point of my post was that the date he had did not mean that it would be built on that date.

I figured it would be built sometime during that week since it was a Monday date. I am hoping that they are ahead of schedule and that is why I was asking what the actual date his car was built compared to the predicted date which as you explained, is called TPW.

Thanks

My TPW has been 9/29 since it got assigned that code. Still haven't heard from the museum about scheduling date of delivery.
I am coming into Nashville the week of Columbus day for work. If I could save the time and the airfare and not have to fly back down the following weekend, that would be great. Time is running out though. :/
