I have gotten a TPW of 3/16/15 for a base C7. Is there a explanation for the last 2 constraint reports that show TPW of 3/9 and the latest shows TPW 3/23 which skips 3/16.
My dealer says my order went in on a allocation they got for the production week of 3/16.

Go with what your dealer is telling you. TPWs can change.
My dealer said he entered my order under a "Flex" allocation yesterday and that it would be Tuesday before any constraints are known then the order moves forward on Thursday if no constraints. I don't recall reading about a Flex allocation in the forum or that the cycle is a full week. Not sure what a Flex allocation is. Would appreciate it if somone could explain. Thanks.

I would bet the dealer is referring to a "VETTALL Allocation" which does not constrain him to a specific allocated number for Coupes and a specific allocated number for Convertibles. Any combination of the two would be accepted by Chevrolet for the number of "VETALL Allocation" he was given. This obviously gives the dealer more flexibility in making his placement order. This would either be for Stingrays or Z06's, not a combination of both.
Thanks! I'm sure the weather didn't help. In case anyone hadn't heard, Elizabethtown, KY had 24" of snow. E-town is about 50 miles, as the crow flies, from BG. Drivers were stranded on I-65 (that passes in front of the BG facility) for 24 hours! I'm not sure how much snow BG received but surely enough to once again shut down the assembly plant.
I checked my order last Friday, Z51 and painted roof constraints and was at 1100 after two weeks. I checked today and was at 3000, go figure.
Our friend just got a call from dealer and was informed that he has to pay for a transparent roof $1200 that he doesn't want, reason is that GM has a shortage of Carbon paint roofs.
Our car is schedule for production tomorrow with no constraints.
