Default Purchasing a C7

Looking to purchase a 2014 or 2015 c7.. laguna blue. Black wheels with black interior.. my question is what model to get? 1lt..2lt..or 3lt.. and z51 or not z51?

I not to sure on the different models. And what is added with each model and such. I'm new to the corvette sceen. And want to get ready for some mods later on down the road. Will roll race the car and cruise around. Won't go to any road courses and may go to the track ever once a while.

You're going to get 20 different answers to your question.

IMHO Z51 w/FE4 and at least 2LT is a must. If you can afford it, 3LT even with a black interior. The feel, look and smell is great!

Buy that you can afford, if you can afford to go all out, then do it! You only live once.

Yes I'm on mobile device. But what I mean in roll racing.. is.. street racing.. like car meets.. and street car takeover meets and car shows. Late at night there's roll racing events. . Cars lining up side by side at a certain mph. 3 honks and punch it.

I'm sure if you do a search for magnetic ride control, you'll find lots of information.

Buy the most appointed trim level/options you can afford at the best price you can negotiate.

You won't regret having it, as long as you can afford it.

Very good advice. If you can afford it, get the best that Corvette offers. That's Z51 with MSRC and the very nice 3LT interior in my opinion. If you're getting a 2014 you need to add the performance exhaust (included on Z51 for 2015 C7's). Everything else is aesthetics so buy what looks good to you!

Have fun--you will LOVE this car!

Idk what the fe4 stands for I can afford 3lt z51.. I just don't want to over pay or have stuff that I'm not going to use.

Is the trans rear and axles any stronger for the models?

the Z51 is a must. every real perforuamce stingray test on youtube is done with the Z51. there is reason behind that.

i am going for the 2LT Z51 package In my c7. although i might go for the 3LT depending on how much more it cost.

It sounds like I should be ashamed of what I ordered. 1LT, no Z51.
