There are countless threads on this topic with every kind of technique suggested. Use the search function, and note that there is nothing specific to the C7.
Wash wax and get a nice thick cover for it. If you want to use a battery tender, fine. If you don't, just disconnect the negative terminal.
Adding fuel stabilizer is a total waste as no one can show proof that it actually works.
I lived in Alaska for over 35 years where all the big toys stayed in storage for about 7 months each year and never used battery tricklers or stabilizer and had zero issues with any vehicle we owned.
Full tank of gas, no additive necessary, beltran battery tender plus, pump tires up to 35lbs, oil change if you want to also not really necessary, cover it and hope it is a quick Winter.

Shut down car at normal operating temperatures after a decent drive, push the start/stop button until next time. Battery tender if anticipate car sitting three weeks or more.
I live in Northern IL, and the winters here can be a real pain. While I do not drive it a lot, I take it out on days when there is no chance of snow or anything. I figure if I can get it out every few weeks, storing it is not necessary. Never had a problem doing this.
