There was a thread back in September dealing with this subject. It was a pretty thorough list of things to do. I don't know how to link a thread in my response, but I copied and pasted the link below.

If it doesn't work. just search in the C7 general discussion section and you should be able to find it.

There are countless threads on this topic with every kind of technique suggested. Use the search function, and note that there is nothing specific to the C7.

I do not store mine in the winter.

I live in Dallas. We don't even close the pool in the winter.

Oil change if not done recently, clean inside and out, full fuel tank, battery tender, cover for the long winter's nap.

Wash wax and get a nice thick cover for it. If you want to use a battery tender, fine. If you don't, just disconnect the negative terminal.
Adding fuel stabilizer is a total waste as no one can show proof that it actually works.
I lived in Alaska for over 35 years where all the big toys stayed in storage for about 7 months each year and never used battery tricklers or stabilizer and had zero issues with any vehicle we owned.

Full tank of gas, no additive necessary, beltran battery tender plus, pump tires up to 35lbs, oil change if you want to also not really necessary, cover it and hope it is a quick Winter.
Been doing this for 6 years and never had any issues.

Shut down car at normal operating temperatures after a decent drive, push the start/stop button until next time. Battery tender if anticipate car sitting three weeks or more.

True, but usually only one-two a year or even one every 2 yrs. I'll take that over storing my vettes for months at a time!

Boy when we do get those storms, it's totally crippling, though! As you'd know since you lived here.

Was through there a number of years ago on an Alaskan cruise. Beautiful area. I was amazed at how moderate your climate is.

I live in Northern IL, and the winters here can be a real pain. While I do not drive it a lot, I take it out on days when there is no chance of snow or anything. I figure if I can get it out every few weeks, storing it is not necessary. Never had a problem doing this.

Use the key in the key slot above the license plate, open the hatch and pull the door cable.
