So I have this issue with my nav. Pretty much every time I use it the audible turn by turn voice cuts in and out constantly such that it sounds like she's stuttering or having a seizure. Anyone have this issue or have any suggestions for a fix or should I just bring it to the dealer and see if there's a software update or something? Thanks in advance for any help.
No, but several times, she has muted the audio and started talking. I have had her turned off since about mile 100, and I always check--still off. Yet there she is. Sometimes, she'll keep yakking for hundreds of miles, sometimes, she shuts up after a few turns.

I have a similar issue with my 'alternate' GPS - the wife!!!

Kayir,
Sorry to read about your navigation concerns. I understand the displeasure when dealing with a matter like this. Although you're seeking opinions from others, I'd be happy to communicate your concerns with the Customer Experience Managers (CEM) at your GM dealer of choice. Please know that you're welcome to message us privately if you would like to discuss this further, or if you simply want this matter documented.
My neighbor bought a '15 coupe and the NAV and camera system have been a nightmare. The car has now been in the shop 22 days to fix this and they are sending an engineer in to see if they can sort it out. It's there now and no sign of when it will be fixed. He says he may dump the car which is a shame since he's wanted a vette for years and the experience has totally sucked for him.
To make matters worse, the loaner is a big red base Silverado truck.
I haven't seen this problem with mine but I use my NAV mostly without entering a destination. I use the map on familiar routes so I can see my turns come up ahead of time.
This is my first time around w/ the GM Nav systems.
While it is 'different' than my tomtom, after a Virginia to Bowling Green trip, I can't say I have any particular issues/complaints.
The traffic (both accident and plain old congestion) reporting, and the reroute to avoid said issues worked well.
Programming waypoints was a bit confusing, and would prefer time to next waypoint on screen...but I have not RTFM, which I'm pretty sure would answer most questions.
And at least it does actually direct me to the waypoint, not just announcing "you have reached your waypoint" as I drive by (which is hwat my TomTom does).
