Its my understanding that some of you are receiving a leather pouch which is the same color as the interior of the car you purchased. I also see a number of you haven't received it and I'm one of them. Picked up car on March 25, 2014 and still no pouch. Who gives those, the dealer or gm and who do we contact?

I waited 8 months for the gift.......the dealer and GM were of no help tracking it down. Then I found out the gift is managed and shipped out by Aspen Marketing Services, 1240 W North Av, West Chicago, IL 60185, 1-800-848-0212. I called them, gave them my VIN and problem was solved in 2 minutes. The gift only goes out to original owners, and for some reason I was not on their list as an original owner. I received the letter and gift 2 weeks later.

I spent a good share of my time yesterday trying to get an answer as to why I have not received my gift. Not that big of a deal but just a little concerned that some people get their gift in a timely manner, some get it several months later or maybe not at all. Got the runaround initially with Chevy blaming it on the dealer and the dealer not knowing anything about the situation. Got a call this morning at 7:30 from Chevy customer service informing me that they will look into it. Wow! This should not be this difficult. Seems to be a big disconnect somewhere. If you have been waiting months and not received the gift yet, I'd contact customer service.
It took over three months to get mine but it did come in Kalahari which is nice. Not much good for anything but a sleeve for small tablet or to hold some paperwork you like to keep in the car, like the user's manual etc. Still a nice touch.
