Chrome Wheels

Is the inner hub of the chrome wheels chrome, or are they just painted grey, or just left aluminum. Wondering if the $2000.00 dollar chrome wheels option is worth the money?

They are just left raw or it appears to be raw aluminum. I applied chrome wheel cleaner to mine once and it corroded the barrels really bad. It took forever to clean the corrosion off of them. I will be painting my barrels silver or gray this winter....

They have some type of grey coating on them. Mine have a few marks where the raw aluminum underneath shows through. I removed the wheels and cleaned them and then coated them with a wheel coating. Seem much easier to clean.
I thought the $2000.00 option was absurd myself but I still went with it as I loved the look on a black car. No regrets and have had lots of compliments on the wheels. Like anything though everyone has their own opinion.
