Infotainment screen problem

Had a slightly odd hiccup with mine (14 Coupe M7) over the weekend. Went to startup in the morning and the screen was black but with the orange rear view camera lines. No camera picture but jut the backup guide bars on a black image. Put M7 into 1st gear started driving a few blocks and stayed that way until I pulled over put into R (normal camera image appeared) then back into 1st and all good. ????

Yea, yesterday my screen went completely blank!
I guess they are seeing the early model C7's popping up with this issue now. They are seeing so many replacements, they screens are on back order. It's funny-I thought back order only happen with Carbon Fiber pieces.......
Anyway, it's working today, so I'll wait it out.
One other question for you guys-when they did the screen reflash, I lost the box in the upper left hand corner that shows the radio station you're listening to, title and artist. Are you having that issue too?

I have a 2015 that I received October 2014. Today my screen went blank. No radio, Bluetooth, backup camera, turn signals make no sound. I actually have to put my phone up to my ear. What is this caveman crap?

Question: If the radio and/or screen is replaced do you lose all your radio presets and saved Nav addresses? Are they stored in the Human Interface Module? Can the dealer down load and reinstall settings in new unit?

At 13000 miles developed flickering center screen problem as per Tech Bulletin PIC5934C. While we were waiting for the replacement screen (13600 miles) we had a flex plate/torque tube failure as described in the Tech Link article dated 11-07-14. A new flex plate and torque tube were installed to correct the drive line rattle. Dealer said they also replaced the complete radio to correct the screen flicker problem. When we went to pick up the car 15 days ago the screen would came down crooked 3/8 of an inch. Took back into shop. Next day dealer called and said it was a defective radio and would have to order another radio. Still waiting?

Had the same problem on my 2017 Z51 stingray LT2 but with navigation and digital recorder (Delivered Aug 2016). nothing works except the occassional luck with rear view camera which also doesn't fire up once i remove it from reverse.
had taken to dealership last week and they said that this is a rare instance (obviously its not as i see from the thread here) and they will call me back once the replacement screen arrives. Apparently this is VIN specific replacement. The tech changed the radio controls to my steering. Flip side, i dont have the other options on my speedo display (tire pressure, trip info, mileage etc). i haven't heard back from them yet...
