Larry, I have the exact same issue with my iPhone. Just tried pandora for the first time last night but mine is doing the same thing. Display works, but no sound.

Do you have a current OnStar account? I called my salesman who is pretty knowledgeable, he said to try removing the pandora app and reinstalling. I just got home from work so have not played with it yet.

I have the onstar free trial. But I did reinstall everything. I had the same issue, info on screen no sound. Then I hit the volume up on phone. Bingo. Hit the volume up until I had sound. Everything else on the phone worked through Bluetooth. Just had to adjust the sound on pandora for some reason.
I have lost Bluetooth too! I get the message; Internet not connected, on the Pandora screen. (No audio). I tried to pair my phone and get connection unsuccessful - make sure Chevrolet MyLink is turned on? I think Chevrolet MyLink is part of OnStar. Thinking we are stuck with OnStar if we want Bluetooth/Pandora.

Obvious question missed...
Does anyone else in your family have a smart phone to try and pair??? U can easily delete it after this is sorted out. I have some strange feeling that it is the phone. With an Iphone it is completely possible that the phone is the culprit. Worth a try to see if some one else has a smart phone in your family or friend circle. .
Just for spit and giggles I deleted my phone from my C7 and paired my daughter's Android... Worked like a charm.. I then deleted her's and added my mom's Windows phone.. worked perfectly. Took my GF's Iphone and re-paired it to the car after deleting.. Sho nuff.. worked. Put mine back.. worked..
I'm not saying somethings not wrong with the car, but it could easily be more to do with the phone. IF its the case of the car.. U just spent upwards of $60K.. take it to the dealer and let them handle it for U because U shouldn't have to. Something tells me you will be at the At&t store tho instead
I am beginning to think something electronic has failed. My car isn't connecting to Chevrolet's MyLink where Internet and Bluetooth reside, along with Pandora. I have been searching the web for information, a little vague. My system says no Internet connection and no Chevrolet MyLink. Researching OnStar plans, none seem to provide Bluetooth or Internet/Pandoria. Calling Dealer in the morning.
Make sure on your iPhone settings that you have Pandora set up to use cellular data. If it is giving you a no internet connection message you might have your phone set up to only use a WiFi connection.
Pandora does work in my Leaf (proves phone is ok). In addition to Pandora I have now lost, Bluetooth, cellphone, and voice recognition. Phone did still work Sunday afternoon, last night it was inop. These are all Chevrolet MyLink functions. Wonder when OnStar discontinued service, if that upset my car's computer. Going to talk to dealer's service department, maybe disconnecting car's battery and rebooting will solve problem.
Talked with dealer's service department, they agree rebooting is a good place,to start.

Just tried to reboot the computer by disconnecting the battery. That was a waste of time. Now it is off to the dealer. I am currently not the happiest C7 owner right now. A new car and problems?????? (I just had the seat covers fixed last week, now electronic issues this week) What's next!

Took my car to the dealer today. The technician plugged their computers into the system and couldn't find anything (no codes). His phone would pair, my iPhone wouldn't. There is a new update available so that was installed (lost all my presets, oh well). Everyone's phone would pair but mine (darn). I thought about this and decided to remove all the previous pairing listings, including the Leaf's system. Paired the Leaf, and now the Corvette paired too. I have voice recognition and Bluetooth service, Pandora still doesn't play wirelessly, plugged in USB and it works. It did work via Bluetooth. My dealer did a super job, also got my first oil change.
