Default Navigation Question

How do you set a "home address" and not as a favorite. The C6 navigation always had an icon you could tap that would take you home every time and didn't require you to search through a list of saved destinations.

Thanks

I've only have mine about a month and not a lot of time to look for "Home" setting, but I haven't found it yet. I'm sure somebody on here can tell us both. By the way your new blue C7 looks great !! Nice ride!!

Yep I saw that "Set as Contact" option and if there isn't a "Home" setting per-say I will do that. Although, I scanned through the manual and it seemed strange I didn't see a setting for this. I honestly can't think of a NAV car I've owned (Ford, Honda, C6 etc.) that didn't have some type of "Home" setting.
Someone out there have a definitive answer???

Paul has some great write-ups on help for us using the navg system.
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-database.html
He has more if you search his posts. I actually followed some of his directions and saved "my home" to button on bottom where radio presets are usually. However, Iused it SAt night to come home from car show in Frisco, TX and the routing it said for me to take was really weird. Glad I knew where I was to go.

Me either. All my cars have had the 'guide me home' button, and it would be very odd to drop such a basic function.

Hoping Paul will chime in and clear this up.

Thanks Ken I'll give it a try when I get home. Too crappy today here to drive the vette. 45, cloudy and drizzle -- looks like the season is almost over for us "UP-North" folks

No home selection. Recent places or contacts works good as a destination quest. Usually my home address in right near the top of recent places, select and hit go.
