2012 Volvo S60 - Great feeling, tight handling, quick and agile
2003 Buick Rendezvous - Good for trips to the dump, great to throw a wet dog into
2012 Lexus RX350 - Feels like I am ready to be embalmed. Comfortable and lifeless
2004 Corvette roadster - manual - Sex on wheels. Fun every time I get into it. I can only imagine what fun a C7 must be.
I too am curious, especially from those who have owned German cars.
Has the C7 finally captured that Euro feel that makes German cars so rewarding to drive??
I had a SLK55 and a C63. My C7 vert is funner to drive than both of those. Just a little more spirited than the SLK which was a really great car. I like it much more than my C63, it was like a mommy car with a really rough ride(I had the optional sport suspension) and for a car with 455hp terrible acceleration 13.8 quarter at it's best. The C7 is much funner to drive than my C6GS was as well.
Ranking the sports cars I had for fun to drive.
1. C7
2. S2000
3. SLK55
4. C6GS
5. MGB
6. 914
7. Celica GT
8. C63
My 2014 subaru impreza-gradual acceleration which takes some planning when changing lanes in a highway in traffic. The harder you press the gas, the louder the car sounds.
Wife's 2012 Lexus is 250-boring but comfortable.
Been almost 20 yrs since I had a 68 427 vette (3.36 rear) and the memory really is getting dim, the only thing I can recall is when going 60 and then accelerating, I could see the hood of the car rising. The best feeling of acceleration I ever had in a car was a friend's 67 327/350 vette with 3.70 gears
1956 Corvette---cramped, difficult to steer, low on power---but I love it to death.
1964 Corvette---all power except air, blast to drive, all original, and I love it to death.
1999 Mercedes---DD, drives great, S/C gives it some go and is great in the corners, and great gas mileage.
2009 Z06--- great road trip car, great power and loves the corners, great gas mileage on road trips and I love it to death.
2005 Grand Marquis: comfy, roomy, reliable..bad handling Wife 2010 BMW X6: awsome look 20" sport package sporty handle well..pleasure to drive but firm ride. The reason I ask is I have has many cars including...
5 C5 Z06's, 1 C6 Z06, BMW 335i, BMW M3, Audi S4, Audi TTRS.
And while the Corvettes generally have higher limits , they are not near as enjoyable to drive compared to the EURO cars I have had.

To date , the Audi TTRS is the winner.
I am hoping the C7 Z51 changes that.
Yep, my C7 Z51 did.
None of the German cars have the same feeling of the incredible G-Forces of my back pressing deeply into the seat back upon acceleration...
