I recently put a set of OEM Z51 wheels on my base Coupe. I do like the look of them much better than the base wheels the car came with. Now, I am wondering, with these wheels, does the car look incomplete without the Z51 spoiler? Just looking for honest opinions.

Nice!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the way your car looks.
Everyone has their own likes a dislikes. Car looks great. If you think a full spoiler looks better and makes the car look more complete, then you should certainly add one.
Mine has the base spoiler and looks fine to me. I'm the only one that has to be pleased with my car.
Personally I don't like the look with just that black plastic third brake light housing. That's why I added the wing spoiler to mine. Forget trying to make it look like a Z51; decide how you want it to look and go for it. There are spoiler options available beyond the standard Z51 spoiler.

Wheels look very nice with the Torch Red body. I personally prefer the C7 body without the Z51 spoiler. The car, to my eye, looks smoother and sleeker without it.
I am one of those where less is more. hence, the reason why i did not get the Z51 package. I have Cyber Gray with the base silver rims and think my car looks better then any others. It is sleek, stealthy looking and just all around badass. IMHO, the base Cyber Gray is the best looking one out of all of them.
I thought I had read that you could NOT put Z-51 wheels on a base Stingray? Obviously that is wrong.
yes and no, the size of wheels and tires is fine, I did it the 2nd week I owned it. But since the shocks are a bit softer, sometimes (about 10%) you'll get a rub when the susp moves full travel, if you are lowered, no big deal, take the bolts up 1/4 inch and problem solved.
