Default C7 Wheels offsets

Can anyone tell me if a 56mm offset on the rear w/10" wheels will look OK. I realize that the original offset is 79mm and 56mm will push the tire out about 1" more. I'm having a problem visualizing if the the stance will look good or not and just do not want to take the word of the wheel seller. I* have added the GM mud flaps which will help some. I appreciate any help before I order.

I have the GM flaps and IMO, they will not help with the offsets you are considering. Just saying.

Front wheels are +56 offset. you could put one on the rear to see for sure.

That would only work if the rim width was the same.

For instance, on a GTO I had several years ago, a 40 offset 8" front wheel had the same amount of rime sticking out from the lugs as the rear 9" which were 48 offset. To determine how much variance from stock in terms of inches, use the offset calculator available here on the forum.

Good question though!
