It's gotta be on aftermarket bolts. I have to be careful now with the WeaponX splitter on the front with mine lowered all the way on the stock bolts; can't imagine being lowered that much. You'd have to be super careful driving it.

Looks awesome! IMHO being lowered like that looks better than any aggressive splitter at a higher ride height. This the reason I'm either doing the stock base Z06 splitter or the new conservative ACS ONE C7Jake pointed out.
I must be the odd-man-out here cause I think it looks ridiculous, "ricey" to use the term. The car is so beautiful to begin with. Each to his own I guess.
I found these pics on the internet. I'm pretty sure the car is lowered on more than stock bolts.
Does anyone know how to achieve this stance properly?
I have aftermarket bolts for under $200 that can lower it almost an inch lower than stock. You can set it anywhere in between obviously. Mine was lowered over a half inch beyond stock and no issues.
I have some aftermarket bolts that I've been hesitant to install because it looks like a pain in the A$$. Does anyone have an instructional for installing them? My thinking was put them in and drop it all the way down when going to cruise-ins and such, but raise it back up before any road trips. One could probably raise or lower all four corners in 30 mins.

I agree-plus there is going to be plenty of damage going over bumps.

No I agree...it throws off the symmetry to me. Now the for and aft of the wheel wells looks off. Like too much space showing there as compared top the top of the wheel well...imo
Lowered a little looks good but that looks like a transformer crushed it...
It's not for everyone, as some of the mods members here have done are not for me. I love diversity!
My 67 year old Father in law doesn't like my Black wheels, considering our age difference, I'm glad he doesn't.
I don't care to live in the past...
C7Jake's is perfect. The good looks of "ultra low" cars quickly goes away once you hit the wrong bump/object in the road the first time.
I had a friend in a stock height Toyota Corolla damage most of the bottom of his car by hitting and dragging a large piece of broken concrete in the road that he misjudged. That's PA roads for you! Shudder to think if it was my lowered Mustang.
