Not the shape shifting wire vent thing that helps close the hatch, but a little extender type that keeps the hatch open. Ala this one for the c6
had one on my c4 and it was the best 40 bucks ive ever spent. between the smoother air when the top was off and letting in the sound from the modified exhaust, it just made the drive more enjoyable. haven't seen one for the c7 yet so I assume no one is making them, but thought I would ask here anyway. Anyone know of something like this? Maybe theres some technical reason this isn't a good idea?

Got one on my C4 also. Love it. Looking for something similar for the C7. It sure helps with the air turbulence that swirls around inside the coupe with the top off.
We had one of those for our C5 coupe, experimented and it didn't seem to do much.
It also fit our C6, so I tried it on that car and couldn't tell any difference at all.

I had one on my C5 coupe, and it worked great. One of the best items I ever purchased for it. Could barely stand driving the car at speeds above 45 mph with the top panel removed due to the buffeting in the cabin. Being able to crack the rear hatch open relieved almost all of that. Never noticed any exhaust fumes either.
Can’t understand why Chevy didn’t figure out a way to alleviate the cabin buffet in the C7 coupe with the top panel removed. Seems like it would’ve been simple enough to design a rear vent somewhere to open and relieve the back pressure. I have a pickup truck and an SUV with a large sunroof. Both experience the same problem when the roof is open. But on the truck all I have to do is crack open the rear pass thru window a bit and it instantly relieves the buffeting. On the SUV I do the same with one of the rear windows and the problem goes away.
