How-To Tuesdays: Breaking in Your Corvette
Picture it. You've just picked up your brand-new dream Corvette from the dealership, and you want to celebrate with a cloud of tire smoke that would embarrass a Georgia-thunderstorm cumulonimbus. Not so fast, Hoonigan. You're forgetting that you have to take it easy those first 500 miles.

Or just read the Owner's Manual that comes with every new C7.

Audio CD Manual
My 2004 GMC Envoy had an audio CD that walked you through the features on the car in addition to the owner's manual. For all its advanced technology, seems like the new Vettes could have something like that.......

I read the whole owner's manual as soon as it was available online, and a few times after that before I even bought my C7 in October of last year. That said, I did not follow the "prescribed" break in method in the manual because I have broken in plenty of new cars, bikes, quads, etc. using a different method and trust my experience.
