Gm All,

When calling GM or using the online chat to check on an order, who are they checking with when we are placed on hold. The dealer or an internal office?

I assume it's the GM Order Workbench computer system.

Does this relay back to the dealer. My dealer mentioned every time I call they get a message and doesn't look good for the dealer, lol!!
