That is what is great about the forum. Received my C7 in early October 2013 and I was putting the belt in that holder until a forum member early on quoted the owner’s manual as to when it should be used!
Don’t want to start another issue but reaching for the belt is easy if done before the seat moves forward from the exit position. That is why I still use my two handed approach to returning my seat to the driving positon. With my M7 I pull the belt over to buckle with my right hand as a finger on my left pushes and holds in the return button! No using my right hand to hit the start button to have the seat move 1st as with the optional seat software "upgrade" then having to “find” the buckle over my sholder! Doing both at the same time also gets the car started quicker!

Yes but the padding would be up then.

I don't know what's wrong with my camera. Everything black came out as fifty shades of grey.

Whether you like the Corvette selt belt pads or not, there really is no reason to beat up the poster over such a small thing.

It seems to me that those who criticize such smalls things in life really have some issues about life in general and appear under stress.

So beat me up, cut me down, because I have the same type shoulder pads which I find to be quite comfortable. I am a full sized adult, and they do help. It's what we like, not what you like.

I don't care if they are C5, C6 or C7 logos on the pads. They serve a purpose. So if you feel compelled to chime in with some rude remarks, you won't hurt my feelings, but your just wasting time, typing on the keyboard to be rude.

So here you go.
I wouldn't do them on my C7, but I agree there's no need to be rude to other posters. The C7 section has a tough crowd. It is almost worse them some of the forums mostly frequented by teens/early 20s. The demographic for my previous car was half my age. I thought this forum would be different since most members here seem to be 40+. Guess not.

Exactly nmvette. In fact I have the same pads as you, a Christmas gift from my daughter a year ago. I just transferred them from my CZ06 to my C7. I find it helps to alleviate wear marks on my leather jackets and sport coats. I even have an extra set as she didn't realize they came 2 to a pack. Good call on this post.
