Default Two White Stingrays
I noticed two white Stingrays heading the pack at the toyota grand prix of long beach. Any reason for two pace cars?

At the start of an Indycar race they usually use 2 or three pace car's for the first couple of parade laps while warming up the tires on the race cars. Then the extra car(s) pull off and the actual pace car brings them up to speed before turning them loose in the 3rd turn. The pole setter then sets the pace to the green flag.
