They had some inexpensive balaclava type protectors, but I would take my own if I were you. If you're driving and not flying to SM, I'd also take my own helmet, but as stated above, they do provide those.
I was able to grab a fresh liner every time I went out on the track.
Hint - a clear roof top car will give more room for your helmet.
I'm there this coming Monday and was thinking I need to pick up a helmet liner of my own. Is everyone ok with using their liners and that they have plenty of fresh ones to use as needed?
I am going in a couple weeks first time at any school like this.... The 2 day intro to Corvette school for my new Z06.... I will be flying in and bringing spouse
Anything else I should make sure I bring .... they seem to push buying a pair of their shoes when one arrives - I am OK with that if it makes sense
Does spouse get to drive to or just sit in on classes
they told me because i am going in summer they give me a SD chip... should i still bring my own
I would not want to ride with her or her with me.... a little risk management LOL
I am going Aug 23-24 and have been looking for helmet liners. I will probably take several since I usually sweat buckets without a helmet in less than 100 degree heat. In the pics I have seen from the school it looks like most people are wearing full face liners that also cover the neck? I am trying to find ones that just cover your head & ears, but my searches bring up mostly biker do rags. Can anyone recommend where to get what I'm looking for?

Didn't get any feedback on time so I just ordered a skull cap on amazon. I didn't think a full helmet sock would be very comfortable in 100 degree heat. Being that the sessions are only 20 minutes long I figure it would dry out between sessions. If it gets smelly I would just hand wash it in a sink and let it dry overnight between the two days. I'll report back as to how it worked out when I return next week.
The head sock search came up with mostly full face liners also, but a few more options for skull caps than my skull cap/helmet liner searches came up with. I had seen the one you ordered, but the reviews about the sizing made me think it would be too small. I just ordered the last L/XL HJC Coolmax helmet liner from Chapparal. I hope it fits and I don't end up with a pile of skull caps. I did find some aviation skull caps at Gibson-Barnes that are cotton, they'll be my backup if the HJC doesn't work.
They have a stack of helmet liners that are freshly laundered. I used a bunch of theirs over the two days. I wouldn't worry about getting your own. If you do, it will be really ripe, unless you wash it out the first night. Most of us sweat profusely, even with the air on full blast.
Do they have transparent top C7s at Spring Mountain?
If they did have a clear roof, they would have to put some sort of liner below it so the helmets don't trash the roof. If you're remotely tall, the C7 is a tight fit with a helmet on and your head will rub the roof. I had the same car the whole time, and it had the regular roof. Didn't really pay attention if there was any clear roofs to be honest...
