Yesterday, around 5:30 PM, while driving west with the sun in front of me, I was totally blinded by the glare. I don't know if it's the low angle of the windshield or the color of the dash (black), but I could not see what was in front of me. Fortunately, I was going slow in my neighborhood and nothing was in front of me. Has anybody else experienced this glare problem?
Common problem on many cars I have owned. Good sun glasses are a must. Just be aware that polarized glasses may interfere with the HUD - at least it used to when I had polarized glasses on the C6 I used to own. I switched to non-polarized.

Polarized sun glasses will NOT interfere with the HUD on the C7. And as stated the sun glare is common with many autos not restricted to the Corvette. Pretty common problem.

Sun visors should solve this . . . .
It can happen in any car when the sun is low, not unique to C7.
If you have cataract in both eyes it can be very difficult to see in bright sunlight, I found out last year how much better I can see after I had cataract surgery in both eyes, now I have no problem....

So, were you blinded by the sun in your eyes, or the glare off the dash? If it's glare off the dash - have you been cleaning it with some glossy spray? If so, there are low gloss ones like ARMOR ALL Low Shine Protectant. It's worked for me for years. If it's direct sunlight you can lower the visor, and unlatch it to lower it a little more. Also, you can raise your seat.

It was glare off the dash..... and I absolutely wouldn't use anything like Armor all.
I've been meaning to do that to my car. What % did you go with? Most of the people I have talked to said 50%.
Please do NOT tint the windshield. I like a nice dark tint on my side windows and rear window (35%) but it's just idiotic to tint the windshield.
Forget the fact that it's illegal (not my big concern) but a tinted windshield is just downright dangerous at night. Not to mention if you have an accident and your insurance company (or police filing an accident report) finds tint on your windshield, your sunk.
I tinted my tail lights on my previous car but had it removed after a friend got rear ended by the older woman. He was found in the wrong and his insurance refused to pay damages since the officer noted his car had "heavily tinted taillights" which violated the state laws making it illegal for street use.
While tinting tails is done often, I don't read of that many sane people tinting their windshields or headlights for public road use. Mostly because it's dangerous and just plain stupid

I appreciate the advice. I have 15% on the sides which is already illegal. I have been in cars with tinted shields at night and have also driven them at night (50% tint) and really the only difference I could tell at night is the lack of a glare from outside lights.
As for my C7, I have put 3300 miles since October 28th so night driving is rare.

I have no issue with doing limo tint on your side and rear windows if that is what you want. Tinting the windshield is not something anyone should ever do unless the only thing they do with their cars is take pictures and plaster them all over the Internet.
If you decide to tint your windshield, I wish you luck and hope you don't have an accident and hurt yourself or someone else.
I do almost no night driving but I still would not ever allow my windshield to be tinted. You just never know....
