I can say, as I have before, getting the Callaway was the best money I've spent. This car drives like a dream and the throttle response is INSANE. You'll love the car, enjoy it and all the looks you'll get a local gatherings.

Pretty sure it's 20k+. You get a PD blower, mid-lenth headers and a tune. Might come with their exhaust too but not sure. It becomes an official Callaway. Think there are badges as well.

One nice thing about Callaway is you keep your warranty. They can't do LT's or Methanol injection as neither is technically legal for street use.

OP, enjoy your new Callaway. They do nice work I hear.

For those of us that will never own a Callaway, show us a picture. Thanks in advance.

It's $17,995 for the SC627 package including the blower, intercoolers, intake, new keys, brightwork, etc. I'm patiently waiting for my car like the OP AND IT'S KILLING ME!

You can also get a short throw shifter, D exhaust, Callaway wheels, etc. for a bit on the top.

I'm getting the short throw as well on my car.

I can't wait! So hurry it up, Chris!

For curiosity's sake is it a true warranty, or warranty insurance?

We looked at a '15 GT Convertible for my wife with a certified Roush dealer to do a PD blower setup. They claim warranty but in reality it was a one time use insurance policy against a specific set of failures.

One time use only too, so lets say you broke a small piece, if you use the warranty on a $1,500 repair, its gone regardless of the time or mileage left.

The triple intercooler setup intrigues me because if it truly does help solve the heat soak issue there is a lot of value in that setup.

Go to Callawaycars.com and the website can give you more detailed information about the warranty.

Do they guarantee the engine against blowing up?
The LT4 has been built to handle the supercharger that is installed on it.
The LT1 is not unless they go inside of it and do everything the LT4 has.

It is a real power train warranty, not some third party slip of paper with an empty promise. We're the only company with a PT war which supplements the GM factory coverage - here's the details:

You are going to absolutely love it. I know I do mine. Whether you intend to track your car or not, just knowing that you have the power and performance capabilities of a Callaway Corvette at your command is justification enough. And to top it off, your C7 will have a totally distinctive look that no other S/C'd C7 can match. Enjoy it, have fun and be safe with all that power.

Total cost is $17895.00 with the GM warranty intact, that was big and if I want to extend it to 5yrs or 100 thousand miles another 3k

That is quite a foolish statement

Plenty of people are running more power than the Calloway setup and I bet half of those are running so-so tunes.

Properly tuned the power that the Calloway, or most other blower cars put down are not going to blow anything up.

Plus its a numbers game, I'd bet 85 percent of those cars are rarely driven.

717 what's your location? If you aren't too far away and it was OK with you, I would like to check out your car when you get it. I'm in upstate SC. BTW congratulations on your new Callaway. They do awesome work.

Tell that to the guys running 800+ RWHP LT1's with thousands of miles on them.

The LT1 is an extremely capable, solidly designed engine. 3 mods and I was at 693 RWHP.
