OP good luck in your 16 specs. Combining the z51 wheels with mag ride but leaving it wet sump is a great option bundling change.

Keep in mind the OP asked about the ZF1 Package that was available on the 2015 MY. He wasn't asking if a Z51 Corvette was overpriced.
As stated, what was called the ZF1 Appearance Pkg is 2015 is now called the FE2 package that includes another feature Magnetic Selective Ride Control.
I have the ZF1 package on my 2015 Stingray and love the look that the package provided. The 2016 FE2 will do the same.

If you don't, you now have the fantastic option of getting the Mag ride for a little more than the ZF1.
Also, you can order the Z51 LPO spoiler and get the base wheels that look strikingly similar to the Z51 wheels in MY16 and would be the overall best value for the money IMHO.

It's this easy now for 16. If you track a car, a Z51 is a Bargain for the options. Wet sump and ELSD mainly.

I think these wheels and a Z51 spoiler would be a great option for very little extra money.

Just to correct something, the ZF1 package in Canada did not include better brakes, just the rims, tires and spoiler. I have that package on my 2014. It was priced just about the same as the chrome spoke wheels on the base model, I preferred the silver Z51 rims plus the spoiler for that price.
