Or go to Chevrolet.com and in the lower right of the page go to help center scroll down and hit contact us and the next page will have the track an order, just follow the prompts and they will tell you whats up.
That means production has not accepted your order so you're at event code 1100. When your dealer gives you an allocation for your order, it will move to 2000, then when production picks it up it'll move to 3000. Then they will give you a target week for production (TPW).
